Purposes of the data processing
Your personal data will be processed for purposes connected with and instrumental to the performance of personnel selection activities, including the evaluation of your application, the examination of your qualifications, experience and skills and the result of your interview. Any special data supplied will be processed only for the same purposes as those indicated above and to assess the existence of the requirements for recognising any benefits and/or grants provided for by law, as well as the existence of the conditions necessary for the application of particular regulations on tax, trade union, health protection and public order, occupational safety and, in general, other regulations on employment law.
Types of data processed
The following categories of personal data entered in the form and in the files you attach will be processed: a) Common personal data, such as personal and contact details, data relating to your educational qualifications and work experience, and your image. b) (if any) Personal data disclosing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of religious, philosophical, political or trade-union type, as well as personal data disclosing health.
Legal basis and provision of data
The processing of data under letter a) is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6 letter b) EU Reg. 2016/679); the provision of data is necessary to participate in a possible selection procedure. On the other hand, the processing of the data under letter b) is based on the consent that you may have given (Art. 9 paragraph II letter a) EU Reg. 2016/679); failure to provide such data will not affect your participation in the selection process, but it may make it impossible to assess the existence of the necessary conditions for the application of special regulations that grant you benefits and/or disbursements for various reasons.
Data processing methods
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4 no. 2) GDPR, for the above-mentioned purposes, whether on paper or computer, by means of electronic or otherwise automated tools, in compliance with the regulations in force in particular with regard to confidentiality and security and in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of the rights of the individual. The processing is carried out directly by the Data Controller’s organisation, its managers and/or appointees.
Communication and dissemination
Your personal data may be communicated to other companies belonging to the Gabrielli Group and processed by third parties who provide instrumental services, including communication services, e-mail, technical services for website management and IT service providers. Personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
The personal data you provide will be stored for a period not exceeding 24 months.
Transfer of data
Personal data are stored on servers located within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller may also move the servers outside the EU if necessary. In this case, the Data Controller assures as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission. The updated list of all recipients is available at the Data Controller's premises and will be provided upon request by the data subject by writing to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rights of the data subject
We also inform you that, in relation to the data, you, as the data subject, may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Chapter III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to request from the Controller access to the data concerning you, their rectification or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to revoke any consent you may have given regarding the processing of your data and to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; as well as to exercise the other rights recognised to you by the applicable regulations. These rights may be exercised by writing to the following e-mail address: email@example.com. Pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
