VARHD⁺

The research and development department has developed an organic coating with exceptional technical characteristics and extraordinary aesthetic qualities. The base metal, which constitutes the support of the product, undergoes a first chemical treatment after which several layers of polyester paint are applied in function of the final product. The product can be plain color or printed. The total thickness of the organic coating can go up to 25/50 microns. The printed coating simulates complex materials such as wood effect, wall, cotto tile or corten. Moreover, they can be reproduced with aluFLEX and steelFLEX.

Why _VARHD⁺?

_VARHD⁺, with the addiction of more colors, elevates the offer of precoated steels from an aesthetic point of view. It becomes even closer to the reality for a realism never seen before. Among the possible finishes is also available the embossing effect on Varcolor’s exclusive design: an elegant relief effect whose perception of the natural irregularities makes the coating much more similar to the manual work than the common mechanical embossing. With the embossed _VARHD⁺ effect, the thickness raises the standard up to 50 microns.
